Scannell is trying to get a special exception to build a 40 ft roadway and detention basin in a FEMA designated floodplain, and reroute Spring Brook – all while filing a lawsuit against the City of Easton, Easton Planning Commission, and each individual planning commissioner for voting down the complete development.
